Ear infection???

So this evening, i was feeding my male bearded dragon and noticed a some kind of lump nearly coming out of his right ear. Just got him about 2 weeks ago from a previous owner, so not sure how long he's had that. He is,
-3yrs old
-40 gal vivarium
-eats veggies80% 20 live crickes/superworm/etc.
-all the other neccesity are the same as everyone, lights, substratem etc.

Hello,

Could you please post a picture of that for me I would appreciate it.
Does it appear to bother him? Could it be an infected area from retained shed possibly?
Or it could have been from a previous injury. Do you know if he was housed with another dragon?

I will as soon as he wakes up...But i dont think it bothers him at all, at least from what i can see. And no he is alone.
