I've been waiting and waiting and Duke still hasn't pooped this week yet! Should I buy apple juice for him today? I gave him a bath yesterday and today. He drank water in the bath but no poop!

Well your set up seems fine, you can always try a few drops of olive oil, this works the same. Another thing is massage the belly. Starting on the arm pit of the right side and working down to the vent, this may loosen things up.

I also found that being in a car stimulated Gizmo to go poo! She once went 3 weeks without anything! its very worriying, but im sure they know that and are just messing with us!

You can also try some canned, sugar-free pumpkin with a couple of drops of olive oil. This is supposed to work really well.

hey guys, i realize this ones been done a million+ times, but i just took out the sand in my beardies vivs, and replaced it with slate tiles. Frank, the normal one has been doin his usuall routine, but as for Quazi, my rescued beardie born with a deformity in her spine, hasnt been doin so well. after 3 days of her not having a BM i deciding to give her a bath and that worked wonders, but its been another 2 days and still no Brown. I gave her a bath today and sure enough it worked, she doesnt seem to have troubles, but it may be that she doesnt want to go on the slate? could it be shes just a picky little bugger and wants some sand?? i realize shes not a cat, but should i set her up with a "litter box"?? any help or advice i could get would be great , thankss.

yes i would definatly recomend some unsweetened apple sauce with some mineral or olive oil, also you can try getting some fresh barries from the market, like whole foods so you kno there are no pesticides, put them in a blender, i use blue berries mainly, and then give her the blue berry juice, she will poop i promise you that lol is nasty, mine stained the botton of the stainless steal sink with her poop. eventualy came out

keep us updated

Hi everybody! Thanks for all your replies! After 2 weeks of worrying, Duke finally pooped!

I blended apples, apple juice, and olive oil together. I gave that to him and I gave him 2 baths before he finally pooped! I am so happy! All of your help is appreciated! :D

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
