Dubias playing dead?

I just got a shipment of dubias which look like they are all dead. After some googling I see that they do indeed sometimes play dead. How long should you wait before calling them dead?

And after a pro-longed shipping (thanks usps) in the heat, are there any steps I can do to try and revive them?

i believe you have a maximum of 24 hrs to report a dead batch at most places to get a new order or refund. i would contact them asap!

I did and have been talking to them. They are being great about it, and are just asking for a pic.
