you should have a tracking # that you can check the progress on the shipment thru the post office. I am sure that you can e-mail the roach guy and see if he has any info also. Jason prides himself in his customer service.

I had a order shipped to me from TheRoachGuy this week also. It shipped Monday and I received it Wed at 1pm. You should have received a tracking # from PayPal.

Yep I do have the tracking number and unfortunately it says that its still in Virginia, usually when its about to arrive it would have been processed here already

nope i did not because i expected it to arrive within 3 days or assuming it was shipped priority mail

If the temp drops below freezing for more than a day it will probably kill them.

I wouldn't worry about anything. Worst case scenario is that you recieve a box of dead Dubia. Judging by this board and it's members I'm pretty sure that The Roach Guy will make every effort to compensate you or get you live roaches immediately. I sell roaches and I make every effort to make sure that my customers are 100% happy. Give him a call or shoot him an e-mail, it can't hurt.

I agree. I have dealt with Jason(theroachguy) numerous times and he has great customer service. Shoot him a E-mail. Does it still show the package in VA?

Email him if you dont want to call him he responds quikly. You sure they weren't going to get sent out today? I think thats kinda what happened to me. When I ordered from him.

I ordered December 24, he shipped December 29 and heres the tracking

I already emailed him and he said if they dont arrive by this Friday he will reship. Im worried though that even if they do arrive by this Friday theyre probably all dead.

I just want to say thanks to all of you that have said great things about me. I also want it to be know that yes it has been over a week since this package has been shipped but I didn't find this out until yesterday.

This issue should have been brought to my attention well before a week went by. This issue also should have been brought to me before it was put on a public message board. Even if its not meant to hurt me or my business if I where looking to buy dubia and I came across this thread and saw this guy has not received his roaches after a week I would move on to a different company.

I emailed the customer back and told him if they didn't make it by Friday then I would reship, this of course will also go if they all arrive as DOA's.

Thanks again to all of you that have said i would handle this.
