I keep mine in an old 20g enclosure with a mesh top. They have cardboard tubes to live in and a heat projector bulb overhead to keep them warm. They eat leftover veges and kitchen scraps for the most part. They are pretty easy to care for and just do their thing once they get going. I have a 10 gallon tank with a screen top...egg flats stacked taking up about half the tank...then i use insect dew for water...and feed a dubia diet from dubia roaches for the most part. Also put in veg scraps here and there or pieces of oranges. I dont need heat for the roaches as they are in my aquarium/reptile room that stays warm. They breed in my room temps if that says anything :roll:
