Dubia roach cleaning and separating!

It's spring cleaning time and I have two larg colonies of dubia roach cleaning and separating to do. Question, does anyone know the size of the drill bits to use for drilling buckets? I will be using three of the buckets. Also, how do I make sure to get rid of the old egg crates and waste properly without any jail breaks? As always, thanks for all your help...
