That size seems a bit big still, it shouldn't be all the way up against his throat and squishing his big ol belly. You want it to fit over the breast bone. It's likely very uncomfortable, like trying to wear a tight leather turtleneck lol

its the smallest size and do not worry it was just he angle lol. I checked and its still loose on him. he's just really dramatic. once he gets to go outside its like "POOF. uncomfortable who??"
