My vet couldn't confirm my rescue beardies gender due to a deformed tail base caused by MBD. Even a probe was inconclusive because it couldn't go in far enough. He doesn't have pores. We just guessed male based on size. I've never seen any head bobbing. When he is out on my bed he loves to dig in the blankets and then take a nap. Is this a more female like behavior? I'm just paranoid about him actually being a female and that he won't be able to lay any infertile eggs due to the deformity
