Hi, my name is Jimmy. I am going to be getting a bearded dragon soon and I made a a care sheet of general rules to follow. I was wondering if i could get a second opinion on this:
Heat
Basking temp around 98-105 degrees
Ambient temp around 78-84
Night temp 67-72
Water
A small water or/and have a mister to mist the tank
Humidty
35-40%
Food (supplement)
Babies/Juvies - Calcium 5x per week and Vitamins 2x per week
Adult - Calcium 3x per week and Vitamins 1-2x per week
Gravid female - as baby/juvie
Sick beardie - depends on the illness - I have a severely anemic beardie who, when his anemia flares up, needs vitamin supplements 4-5x per week
Food (Quantity)
Dubia
Hatchlings (<7") eat about 15-25 (<1/4") nymphs twice a day.
Juveniles (8-12") eat around 25 (<1/2") nymphs twice a day.
Sub-Adults (12-18") eat 10 (1") nymphs twice a day.
Adults (>18") eat 3-5 (2") adult males a day.
Plus salad and Supers
Cricket
As many as he can eat in 15/20 mins x twice a day
Generally feed 20-35 crickets per day
Plus salad and super
Tank
MINIMUM of a 40 gallon breeder for an adult
This is a very general care guide and agina any opinions would be awesome
