Does This Bearded Dragon Look okay ?

Not sure if Kib is a he or she yet but I was just asking if he looked okay . I'm not sure about bearded dragons it isn't mine it's my sisters and she said he wasn't eating as much so I just wanted to go. On here and ask a few questions

Looks like a young dragon but healthy. Good size and arms/legs are well developed. Propped up and alert.
