Does broccoli bind calcium?

I sorta forgot the whole calcium binding issue and last night I fed my Dubia's Broccoli. Will this be of any issue? They wolfed it down, there is none left in their bin. :lol:

On another note, colony is going good. They are taking quite a while to reach maturity *sigh* but I have atleast 500 babies now..

I believe it's mostly Vit A that functions as a calcium binder and I don't think broccoli's super high in that. It's a "feed rarely" item on beautiful dragons. Here's what they have to say
"Broccoli (raw) 1:1.4 3.0% .4% 3.0% 91% High vit. C (9%), mod. oxalates, goitrogens"

So yeah, you're fine. Your beardies won't drop dead or anything- but don't give em more!
Both of mine get a little broccoli sprinkled over there staples maybe once a month, once every 6 weeks- I've never noticed negative consequences.

lol I fed brocolli to my dubias not my dragon. I just heard that brocolli+dubias = not a good mix a while back

I'm guessing the same thing. After all the dubias are going to the beardies, right?
