Do you use a leash?

I just ordered a leash for Princess and I was wondering how many people have used them or do use them?

Do they stay on good?
How big should they be before you use one? I got a medium because it was the smallest I could find but I plan on making the next one myself.

Also any pics of would be nice. Not that I can't figure out how to put it on I just love pics

Every time a dragon goes outside, it is on a leash. Only exceptions would be a small baby, it would be in some sort of container it couldn't jump out of. I generally start using a leash once they hit 12" or so, sorry no pics.

I made my beardie a leash out of a bright red shoelace. The little stinkers camouflage amazingly well outside - I would definitely recommend attaching something brightly coloured to your beardie's leash. I'll try to upload some pictures!

If you live in Australia where Beardies are from it is illegal to have them on a leash. I spent about $40 AUD, which was probably about $50 USD at the time, on a leash for my beardies and it turns out it is actually illegal to have any of our native animals restrained.

Thanks for the pics. I just ordered that same leash so I'm glad to see it does not look to uncomfortable. Princess is the main one that will be using it I think Chaos is still way to wild for it and someone would get bit so he will only be wearing it when no one is in the house.

Mine is too small for a leash right now... I think about getting him one sometimes when he gets a bit older. I'm not sure because he's a little rambunctious guy & doesn't like being held or out of his tank for too long of a time.

We have the ones like Nair88 and they seem to cause too many problems with Gobi. She wiggles them around her and they slip loose or accidently
tighten up on her.
We just ordered 3 from Christene (olgeR) and are waiting on them. They seem so much better.

CaptainJack always goes outside with a leash, he's quite quick

and he came golfing with us one day (had his leash on and slept in the golf cart. he couldn't go on the grass cuz i was worried about chemicals but he seemed happy where he was)
