Do beardies eat fruit flies or regular house flies?

I think I am over the new period. My little one seems to be right at home and started being alot more active. Hell I think he is even on my sleep schedule lol. We had some fruit flies flying around and 1 landed in his cage and he actually ate it. Is it OK for them to eat flies?

Fruit flies are a pretty common feeder for baby dragons, so I wouldn't worry.
