My advice to you is to turn off that compact coil bulb immediately and throw it in the trash. Pet stores are notorious for selling these as cheaper alternatives to the tube lights. What they fail to mention is the number of reptile deaths that they have caused.
The only UV bulb I would recommend is the ReptiSUN 10 tube. Absolutely any coil UV bulb should be avoided at all costs no matter what your pet store tells you or what the packaging says.
Beyond the ReptiSUN 10 tube the only other bulb you need is a white incandescent bulb over the basking spot for heat (95* - 105* with a digital probe thermometer). No lights are necessary for the night, however a ceramic heat emitter can be used if your enclosure gets below 65* at night.
I personally lost 2 water dragons to the effects of the compact coil UV bulbs before I knew better. Before my vet and I finally discovered that it was the lights that were causing the problems they both became lethargic, stopped eating, their eyes crusted over and turned black and they both went blind. It was very heartbreaking to watch. Even after antibiotic treatments and force feeding my little guys both died.
