I took my baby "tiny" whom is six years old to the vet today after she had been showing lots of signs of being ill. Walking with her left side titled downwards and her head unable to switch to the right. Her balance is drastically impaired and it is breaking my heart to see her try and right her self. She had a similar incident in September 2015 and she ended up fighting what ever it was, off by her self. Since september her balance has been impaired, she walks in circles and hasn't been the same since.
So I got her to the vet today and his prediction is it is an inner ear infection, let her be on her antibiotics for a week and have me call, if her symptoms haven't cleared up she will need X-rays to determine if she has a "tumor" he said. I gave her the first dose of her 21 days of medication, I wish it would just work right away, she seems the same.
Any input, or experience with this similar situation? Or what you might think this is? I just need to stay off of google because my heart is hurting from the things that it might be.
