Depression?

I have a 4 year old female beardie. In january (2017) I adopted a 2 year old female beardie and housed them together. they got along great and really seemed like conpanions. one wouldnt eat/drink/sleep without the other. unfortunately in june (2017) the younger beardie got sick and passed away. my remaining one goes through brumation between july-august. once that was finished I've noticed that she just seems depressed. all of her lighting and heat is in order food & water as well. I will get her out and hold her but when I place her back within 30 minutes shes hiding again. no weight loss or anything. she eats/drinks when shes out. but I was just wondering if maybe shes missing the other beardie. is that even possible?

Hi. It could be, but beardies are solitary and territorial. Im sure she's fine. She might be in semi burmation. I know mine are pretty sluggish from now until spring.
