Hi,
Has anyone else seen that when their beardie went on anti-parasitic meds it decreased their appetite? My 6 month old, 73 g beardie tested positive for parasites (he was not symptomatic, though, his stool actually looked perfectly normal). A few weeks ago I got him on to Phoenix worms and his appetite was great. Literally the morning after I gave him his first dose of Panacure two days ago, he wasn't interested in his morning worms. He eventually ate them, but I'd say his appetite is about 1/3 of normal. I'm not overly worried but wanted to ask if this is common.
Also, since he had coccidia and pinworms, I've replaced his carpet. What can I do with the wood that he climbs on - can I bake it to kill anything on it?
Thanks
Jennifer
