I've heard on here about feeding dead, or gutloaded frozen/thawed crickets. I've wanted to know if I supplemented the freeze-dried crickets, they'd be just as good as live?
I think it depends on the dragon! Neither of our adults will touch feeders that aren't moving, but some dragons don't have a problem with 'em. (Another thing to consider is making sure your dragon stays hydrated enough, since they do get some of their moisture from non-dried bugs. That's not a big issue though, just something to keep in mind)
I have been using canned crickets for my Nim's food. It's mainly because we don't have money enough for live. (but we do now, yay!) Anyways, canned and freeze dried probably won't have enough nutrition. Although my Nim has been growing fine and he has been eating canned for a month. Live is always the best option though. But freeze dried would probably be worse than canned. Frozen/thawed may actually be better. But again, live is best. Hope this helps.
(I can't believe you beat me to it Snazzyglasses. LOL, luckily mine just adds to yours. )

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
