So loki hasn't eaten in about 2 weeks, the reason...?

The milky eyes, you know what that means the good time for a shed.

So came home today and found the shed and loki was looking hungry.

His head came over his feeding box as if to say "I'm hungry."

Well I got the medium mice, thawed it out and was ready to go.

Now Loki is not a striker...he's more of a jump past the mouse and let the body do the rest

Well he must have been feeling strikey today because he went for that thing while I had it in the forceps and scared the crap out of me that I almost dropped the forceps....

Crazy snake, oh well.

P.s. Getting more brave during feeding time I'm holding his body as he moves around

did you feed him/her in a septet tank when she was a lil snake cuz he/she could have been going for u cuz it sees you moveing?

Our little Suriname Boa did that to me once, angry as hell whole shedding and was angry/hungry 2 days after shedding. Hissing, striking, etc. He's not normally like that. He sits with his head out of his hide watching me at the computer.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
