ok i guess i should of posted this here. i was wondering how long or how old my bearded has to be before he eats medium crickets? the small ones seem kinds small now look like 2 small would fit between his eys hes 8 inches from head to tail i will post a pic if you need me too

It's hard to say because dragons aren't always the same size or grow at the same rate. I would just keep going by what fits between their eyes. When you say "medium crickets" does that mean that you're getting them from a pet store? If you buy them online you can get a bigger range of sizes. From 1/16 of an inch all the way up to 1in adults.

It's hard based on the picture. I would order some from an online supplier at 1/8". You usually save a whole lot of money buying them online. If I were to buy 1,000 crickets at the pet store for $.10 each.. that would cost me $100 (if my math is correct.. it's been a long day, it could possible not be..). But at the online store that I buy them from it's only $20. Especially with a baby dragon that will eat near 100 a day, it would be cost efficient.

Can you fill out these questions? Maybe we can pick out something that is making your dragon not eat so much (I saw that you mentioned that fact in a couple different posts).

What type substrate do you have on the bottom of your tank?
Do you use UVB lights?

What is the brand name and number of your bulb? Wattage (if MVB)?
How old is your UVB bulb?
How close can your dragon get to the UVB?
Do you use a separate basking bulb? What kind and what is the wattage?
What are the basking temps?
What is the cool side temp?
Do you take the temps with a stick on thermometer, a digital thermometer with a wire and a probe end or a temp gun?
Where exactly are you taking your basking temps?
Do you use a heat rock or heat pad?
What do you feed your dragon? Please be specific.
How often do you feed and what time do you feed (morning, afternoon, night)?
Do you gutload (feed) your crickets, worms, etc?
Do you use vitamin or calcium supplements? What brand(s)? How many days a week do you use each of them?
Is your dragon having regular bowel movements (poops)?
Do you bath your dragon? How often?
Do you mist your dragon or offer water other than in the bath?
Does your dragon share an enclosure with another dragon?
Have you gotten a vet check and fecal done?

How often do you feed and what time do you feed (morning, afternoon, night)? my fiance feeds him when she gets up and i feed him in the afternoon when i get hom at like 5

ok thanks i dont know i guess some dragons eat less than others they all have diffrent personalitys right?

I suppose, but isn't yours eating 85% less than most? I guess if he's acting alright then he's fine... who knows. You got one confusing dragon.
