My Nabooru just came out of brumation about a week ago (yay!) and has been since eating like...well...she hasn't eaten in months. Though this isn't her first brumation, it's mine. So I have to ask - is this normal? She seems to be craving roaches in particular, though she's not refusing greens. I'm worried about feeding her too much protein, since she's a full-grown adult and according to her vet, practically a vegetarian.

It's good that she is getting her appetite and energy back. It will be fun to have your buddy back in action again for the summer =). While I wouldn't hold back food, I'd probably offer a nice big salad first and try to get her mainly on that. A balanced salad is best for an adult. That said, she should still be at about 20% or so bugs so you can still offer them in moderation. I'd just push the salads first. Some nice dark greens like turnip or collards. Maybe some chopped up green beans and some zucchini or summer squash cut up into worm shaped pieces on the top. Even sounds good to me =)
