Please help!

I was awoken this morning to my bearded dragon making a very weird sound. It's not constant by any means: it can be anywhere between 5-30 minute intervals, and he'll make this sound in sets of 2's.
I gave him a warm bath last night, and even though he hates them and tries to climb out, he seemed fine afterwards. He just had a big shed and hasn't been eating as much as he usually does, but he will still eat! I'm afraid to feed him right now in case there's something stuck in his throat.
I think he's about 6-7 months old, lives in a 40g breeder, has tile at the bottom of his cage, has a ReptiSun 10.0 UVB, and his basking is around 96 (I was just about to replace that bulb for a higher temp!). His typical diet is crickets, superworms, collard greens, and other beardie-safe vegetables.
I don't know if I'm overreacting, but any advice is greatly appreciated!
Thank you in advance!
