For the past few months, Zeus has been shedding on his left arm. Nowhere else. Just his left arm. It seems to hurt him because if you touch his arm, or even go near it, he moves it. And if you keep touching it (like when trying to look at it) he tries to run away. Quite a few times now I've had to help him peel it off. I know he doesn't like it, but when it's gone, his arm doesn't seem to hurt anymore. Every time I've peeled it off, it's had a yellowish white tint to it. Not like the rest of his body. I've seen a vet about it and since they don't specialize in herps, so they don't know what it is. I'm going to go to a vet who specializes in them, but it's hard because all are over an hour away. I'm worried about him, and I know he's in pain, and it kills me. If anyone could give me an answer to what is wrong with him, or some things to try, I'd greatly appreciate it.
