What exactly are collard greens? I cant seem to find them.. Is there any other names for them?? There are produce places all over town but when i go in there and ask for collard greens they dont know what im talking about..

I can only find the big bag of pre cut collards and turnips . I always have 3/4 of the bag go bad. Which is better for them collards or turnips.....I think they like them just about the same.
yep, collards are great to use everyday. and yes, give them as much as they will eat - the more the merrier. tear up the leaves into nice, bite-sized pieces and throw the stems away.
