UPDATE:
She's had a second fecal done and now she's come back with pinworms too. Ugh, this is so frustrating. On the up-side, they said her coccidia level has gone down considerably and both parasites are considered 'few' in terms of amount. They want to treat her with Albon and do a one-time treatment for the pinworms. I declined on the Albon and asked about Baycox. They said that if I'm worried about the Albon, to go ahead and use Baycox.
I'm going to pick up the medication next week for the pinworms and give it to her. Should I continue her treatment for coccidia? She seems so healthy and is much more active than I've ever seen her-- woofs down her vegetables and has even started to take them from my hand.
I've taken out her paper towels and replaced them with ceramic tiles now. Her stool is also normal looking, though has a lot of mucous.
