Cloth chewing in sleep??

Has anyone ever had this happen? Every night at lights out Crepe, my 9 month old, goes to her cool side and waits to be covered with her blanket for bed. No issues ever until this morning. I went to turn on lights and noticed I didnt see her head popping out from the blanket like normal so I went to lift it off a little bit and she had a whole big ol mouthful of blanket stuck in her mouth and a little down her throat. We're talking like a good inch or so in. I removed it real careful and she seems alright, a little startled and black bearding but no other issues. What would make her try eating it or chewing on it like that? She gave this momma a heart attack.

Consider it a lesson learnt ....

I'd remove the blanket , your beardie don't need a blanket , just a nice dark hide to sleep in so it'll feel secure.

She hates hides. She will throw a fit until its removed. Worlds pickiest lizard.

Maybe you could change the flavor (i mean color) of the blanket,lol!!! They sure can be silly at times.
