Clogged Pores??

Hi, I’m unsure if my beardies pores are clogged? Any help would be appreciated, he’s a 4 year old male !!

Yeah, but don't try to pop them, just give him a warm soak and put something in his habitat to rub them on, sandstone, limestone, basalt, granite ect. Even some of the textured tiles from lowes or home depot. And he will rub them back into shape.
