Cleaning a tank

I have redone the tank and now the basking area is too hot -- I have taken a pic of the tank
I dont think the probe is right -- it doesnt feel as hot as it says it is-----------I have ordered a IR temp gun from Walmart -- we will see what it says when it comes-- look at the UVB light do you think its too close to rock?
