Chewing wood

Could any of you tell me how to pop their leg back into place? He is not moving his leg and his leg is limp.

Photos of the lips will help work out what is going on .

I've seen some of dragons chew on the bark of their hubbahut or on their eucalyptic tree bark or basking sticks when they are getting close to shedding on the lips .

I just looked at his lips and they seem pretty fine, no shedding whatsoever.
