Hi everyone I was just wondering if anyone knows if it is recommended to keep the ceramic heat emitter on all day and night. I know during the winter the temp in my Beardies tank gets into the 60's at night. I've also noticed that if I keep the heat lamp on the temp stays really warm and I think it effects his sleeping habits. When I turn all the lights off in his tank at night and keep the ceramic emitter on, he looks up above him like why hell is it still hot. I don't know what to do. HELP :)

He really doesn't need heat at night unless his temps are below the mid 60's . If it's cooler than that than a LOW wattage CHE would be OK. Not really to keep them warm, but to keep them from getting to cold. They need to cool down at night.
