Ceramic heat question

So.. I live in Maine... its FREEZING. The temp is getting WAY TOO LOW in the viv's.
I'm going to order the ceramic bulbs from pet mountain while they are still having a sale, but my question is what is the best one to get, and whats the best for a 40gal breeder and a 4x2x2? (I need two)

I have an exxoterra (100 watt i think) that works fine, i don't think it really matters that much tho
