They can eat pretty much anything, but celery is a negative calorie food, that is it takes more energy to digest that you derive from it. Beardies need nutrition and calories, celery really doesn't have much of either.
My only concern with feeding celery would be the stringy nature. For example, if a cat eats string it can get stuck in the GI (intestines) and cause problems requiring surgery. I would think the strings from the celery could do this if long enough, so as long as you cut the pieces small I don't think it would be a problem. Nutritionally I don't know enough as I haven't done enough research. I wouldn't think it would be bad, though if not absorbed it would add to the poop volume. It would provide them with increased water intake.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
