Carrying eggs or retaining fluid?

I'm unsure, but as soon as the vet took her out of the carrier she immediately said she was concerned with how round she was, said she was either carrying eggs or retaining fluid. She's been hanging around 325g for the past couple weeks regardless of the lack of appetite
