Can someone help me install the basking light on custom tank

I have no idea what i should get to install the basking light on a custom enclosure....what is a good to use. I was told i need an oulet box, no idea what that is. Do i install a light switch in the tank..so confused , any and all help appreciated.

i just got an outdoors ceramic flood light fixture and then i wired that and my florescent light up to an old garbage despoil plug. if you wanted you could add a light switch but i just plugged mine into an automatic timer so i dont have to worry about it.
