Can my bearded dragon eat these plants?

Hello, my mother has purchased this live plant and it contains lollo biondo, lollo rosso and oak leaf lettuce. I have done some searching however I cannot find anything about these. Does anyone know if my bearded dragon can eat all these plants?

From what I'm seeing they should pose no threat. I'm not sure how much nutrition they each pack. The oak leaf lettuce looks quite a bit like dandelion greens. I wouldn't hesitate to offer them as an option to add to the dietary variety.
