Can I use this?

Can I use a basking spot lamp for my bearded dragon`s basking spot.I want to use that and something normal on the other side that keeps it cooler.Can I use this for my Bearded Dragon without her getting MBD? It is a ZooMed Basking Spot Lamp.

The basking lamp is fine on the warm side. A heat emitter on the same side will raise the overall temps during the night. Remember the UVB light...very important.
