Can Bearded Dragons Become Depressed?

Ever since we separated our female, and male bearded dragons, the female has just been laying down, being lazy and not doing anything.
I KNOW she is not pregnant, she does not have inmpaction, shes in perfactly healily. Could it be possible that she has become depressed with out her mate?
I tryed to put them back together when i let them out, but they seem to fight when ever they get in contact with eath other, and ideas?

Hello Hannah,

That is a very good thing, separating your male & female so they will not fight.
It is most likely she is going through relocation stress because of moving into a new tank. It usually takes a week or so before getting accustomed to a new surrounding, so give her some time to adjust right now.
How old are they?
