Calliope *My New Baby Bruver

On Wednesday, my two new babies, a little boy and a little girl, will be arriving from Annapolis Bearded Dragons. Finally!!! After suffering through the posts of when they hatched, to seeing the shed pictures, and going through the "selection" process, the wait is almost over

I am going to start this post for them and I will change the title to reflect their names once they arrive. And YES, they do already have names, however I am chosing not to disclose them until their official introductions into this wonderful bd.org family. :mrgreen:

I will start out though by sharing their new homes with everyone, now that they are complete. We are currently burning in the new MVB's so they should be ready to go by Wednesday morning.

Happy Friday Everyone!

I have been on several threads where I see pictures of some of the members that I talk to... I have seen Barbara, Sara (spurlee01) and I have even seen Crazy Breeder Dude (Tom..there is a pic of him on his website :mrgreen: )

I know I like putting faces to names, so I figured I would finally bite the bullet and post a couple of pictures of myself :bleick: (I am definitely my own worst critic). So I am allowing Calliope to introduce me (well the face behind Neromom39 anyway :wink: )

Hi, It's nice to see your pic. I think everyone thinks their pictures look terrible but other's have a different opinion. We here both think you look great. Calliope looks great too, but then what beardie doesn't look great.

Calliope has gotten bigger. I can't wait until Sunday... weigh day...and since she will be 3 months old on the 1st, she will also be measured.

It's weigh day!

Miss Calliope is 3 months old now and she weighed in at 44 grams and is now 9 inches long.

What a big beautiful girl... I love her so much :love5:

Miss Calliope has been awfully grouchy this past week :twisted: She literally did a full body shed yesterday... back, tummy, head, beard, legs.. None of my other dragons have ever done that so it was quite fascinating.
We also just moved last weekend.. we are finally settled so I'm sure that Calliope will be coming to play.

I just updated my bio on the blog. She is sleeping, but if she knew I was on the blog, she probably would have been begging me to let her play :roll:

Puff misses Calli too and hopes she gets to come and play soon!!

She will be coming to play soon... I'm certain she misses all of her friends too. She gets quite lonely being the baby :wink:

Hi Robin! Way to bite the bullet! I posted some pics awhile back and every time I look at the thread I'm like, "Why?" but you know why? Because this is our beardies' land and they love us as we are! Your pics were very cute and I love Calli!

Calli has past both of mine. I wish my girls would eat like she does. Ramoth will shed soon. Prob while I am gone. Did Calli shed all at once or in pieces?
