I've heard do many different opinions regarding amount of calcium throughout a week. Can anyone tell me if there's a "general consensus?" Something that's "safe?" Not too little and not too much? I have calcium WITH D3.
My guys get their crickets LIGHTLY dusted with calcium powder most days.
On weekend I dust the crickets LIGHTLY with a 50:50 mix of calcium and vitamin powders.
What I do is 5 days a week calcium, two days a week multivitamin. Wednesdays and Saturdays are my multivitamin days. Mixing calcium and the multivitamin is not ideal, as the multivitamin has a different calciumhosphorus ratio, and its very important to keep a balance.
