Calcium and vitamins

How do you know your beardie is getting too much calcium? Not enough other than that bone disease. What about vitamins especially B3. Again, too much and too little? What are the signs of calcium/vitamin toxicity if that can happen.

A yellow, hard urate can be a sign of too much supplements

Thanks but what is urate? Is that the white poo like substance that comes out with his poop? Speaking of which, the first time I seen my beardie poo it scared me almost to death. I thought he disemboweled himself there was so much. Good Lord, if humans did the same thing at that ratio.....
