Bulging his eyes?

Hello again! I wanted to asked about something concerning I saw with my beardie this afternoon. I came to check on him and his eyes were bulged out (I looked this up and is seems to be a common behavior in bearded dragons) but he was also doing something that would look similar to hiccups while doing this? His head kept jerking up a little. Does anyone know if this is normal? Thanks!

it is completely normal, bearded dragons like to pancake when they are sun bathing, it helps them shed. i just think of it as when you are in a cold room and you enter somewhere that is warm you feel the shakes of temp. change!

He is most likely in shed , they bulge their eyes to loosen the skin around the eyes. The hickup twitch is the same thing. Hrs OK, just another attempt by a dragon to worry his slave, lol!
