brumation

my bearded dragon has been in brumation for 3ish weeks, laying in the same spot(not under heat lamp) and has not eaten at all for this whole time. he is ice cold to the touch. is this normal?
(hes 2 years old and he gone through brumation like this before)

Hi Amelia, yes it's perfectly normal. My boys are doing the same thing right now for close to 2 months. It seems like they are cold but they are just cool compared to being heated up when they are normally basking .
