Brumation?!

I'm a first time beardie owner and I have had my beautiful baby girl since June. She is about eleven months old and shes been showing some really odd behaviors.
-Lots more glass dancing than usual, its almost constant (what does that mean anyway?)
-Digging a lot (almost constant)
-Not eating much/loosing weight slowly
-sleeping a lot
-sluggish
I was wondering if this is something tied to brumation. And please explain to me a little more about brumation, I know virtually nothing about it and it seems rather important. Im not sure if this helps, but here's some facts about the environment shes in and her in general.
*sunning spot is kept a steady 102 degrees F
*other side is kept around 80 degrees F
*Lights are on from 9 am to 9 pm
*shes on reptile carpet with a wood chip/paper bedding mix spread around
*shes about 12 in long
*she eats about 30 meal worms per day in two feedings an hour before and after the lights go on/off
*she gets regular vitamin supplements/calcium supplements
*she eats as much vegetables as she wants every day because i have them in a large dish replaced daily

I would say she is about to lay eggs. I would make a lay box
