DrHfuhruhurr that is pretty young for brumation, but it has happened. I would suggest getting a fecal done to rule out parasites. Brumation has very similar symptoms as being infected with parasites. However eventually he will poop blood, loose weight and etc if he is infected with parasites. If he does you do not want it to get any further. Fecal would be the best plan of action to rest or mind.
