Brumation Haters Anonymous

Hello, broozersfam & DrHfuhruhurr.

DrHfuhruhurr that is pretty young for brumation, but it has happened. I would suggest getting a fecal done to rule out parasites. Brumation has very similar symptoms as being infected with parasites. However eventually he will poop blood, loose weight and etc if he is infected with parasites. If he does you do not want it to get any further. Fecal would be the best plan of action to rest or mind.

When I first started to read this feed I didn't really get it about hating brumation and missing them. Mine are rescues and very time consuming hand feeding etc. I remember thinking "I could use the break"

But NOW I miss my babies - during the day when I lift up their towels they will sometimes open their eyes at me as if to say HEY LEAVE ME ALONE AND PUT THAT TOWEL BACK DOWN!

I just want to pick them up and snuggle them, but I don't want to be a selfish mommy.
