Brumation and a New Arrival

Like most people here, I am greatly missing my beardies. They're brumating in their tank, and despite that I get them out about once a week for a bath, it's hard not being able to get them out to cuddle every night. So to try to help this, I took some pictures of them sleeping their little hearts away.

EDIT: Oh, and here's one of my Christmas pics, since I forgot to post it earlier: Ghanima in full Mrs. Claws attire.

Also, just this morning, the newest member of my family arrived, to my great joy: Iridium, a male lesser platinum ball python.

I named him Iridium because (1) I'm trying to give all my ball pythons names that start with the letter "i" and (2) iridium is platinum's "sister metal," frequently found together, and iridium has about the same color as platinum except with a yellow tint. Seemed perfect to me!

He's already christened me by snapping at my flannel pajamas. He must have a good set of chompers already--I could feel his teeth through my pants!

You know, I would say it's pathetic to take pics of your dragons brumating except I've done it too! Thankfully they are awake this week.
I'm surprised your beardie didn't bite you for dressing up like that LOL.

She bearded at us once (the only time she's ever bearded at me, though it wasn't even black), but after that, she tolerated the dressing-up.
