Brumating?

Is he OK? I've relied on you guys for a while and I found that hes been staying in his hide all day. He could be brumating. He has a nice lamp, 100 watts, and a heat emitter. there is a cold side as well. I find he has been eating and drinking. I know im being a bit too worried by saying this.. but! just in case.. I have lost my baby Natsu whom wasn't even a year old.. Please help!

You said nothing about a UVB ---- please post pics of tank and lighting --- how old is the dragon ? What are your basking temps and how are you taking them? We need more info to determine if it is indeed brumation and not something else-- the brand and bulb of the UVB tube or a coil????

Hi there,

Yes, we really do need more details to be able to help you determine if he is brumating.
Such as age of the dragon, size?
Husbandry details like Karrie asked for are important too.

And pictures always help.
