Broken Zoo Med door?

So basically, I got a brand-new 40gal ZooMed tank. I haven’t fiddled with it lately, but the other day I picked it up, or moved it or something, and the door just flew straight off.

I know the picture is pretty vague but basically the door isn’t going in all the way. Only one of the screws is able to come in and the edge of the tank is blocking it. Like the door is “too big” or something. I can provide more pictures, but I’m just curious if anyone else has had this problem and fixed it??

If you just got the tank it sounds like its defective---- I would take it back or call the place you bought it from and see if they will exchange it

It may have just popped off the hinge. I just took a look at mine and it looks like the plastic surrounding the door piece has a hole that sits on top of a hinge attached to the plastic frame on the enclosure. you may be able to angle it back into place but it looks like a snug fit. May need to lift up on the top plastic piece to make enough room for it to slide into place. It's also possible the plastic around the glass has broken which would require more of a patch to repair.
