Bringing Bones to work.

So I got Bones in October and have been trying to do everything right. Well I work an hour away and im gone for long hours and bones is always in bed when I get home. My husband refuses to care for him because I wanted him so he's my full responsibility. I don't mind but I want more time with him. His lights are on a timer and come on at 8:15 and go off at 8:15. Do you think if I had a setup for him at work I could bring him. I'm second in comand at work and my boss adores bones. I work in machine shop running machines. Its loud but I need more bones time!! What do you all think??!?

Bones eating reptiworms. He's in a 10 gal til Christmas then it will be a 40 breeder!! Does he look healthy to you guys?!?

I don't see why you can't bring Bones to work with you. As long as you have the time and money to set up a second enclosure for him with all the things he needs to be healthy (since he'll be there for many hours per day). Remember you're going to need to bring whatever feeders he eats with you everyday, so make sure your boss approves of having buggies in his workplace. You can bring a small travel cooler and put some fresh veggies in there too for Bones to eat. As for the noise, could you possibly find a quiet corner for him?

So yes if you can meet all of his needs, I don't see why not!!

I think Bones will love to be at work with you. I'm assuming you have a lunch break? You and Bones can eat lunch together! While you eat your lunch, Bones can sit at your desk with you and eat his salad or you can throw a couple buggies in his tank. I think you two will have loads of fun together! I'm also happy to see that your boss is taking a positive interest in Bones! We need more people to appriciate the greatness of Beardies!

When you do get to take Bones to work, could you snap a couple of pics? I'd love to see his "work" setup and him enjoying his time with you!

Darn, I want to bring Houdini to work with me now. You're lucky to have such a good boss and are able to set up another viv for him there. He's a lucky beardie for sure.

That's wonderful that you get to take Bones to work with you. He's a very nice looking beardie. It's too bad your husband doesn't want to help you take care of him. He doesn't know what he's missing out on. Beardies are so awesome
