Breeding Phoenix Worms?

EDIT: Aaaaaaaaaand I just saw this exact same thread was posted a few hours ago. And because I am a dork, I missed it and made this post. Sorry for the re-posting of topics, folks!

I read the article and discussion post about keeping and feeding Phoenix Worms to make them bigger and healthier, and I think that's something we'd be interested in trying. I was wondering -- has anyone tried breeding and maintaining a colony of Phoenix Worms? It would be fantastic if that were an option, as that would cut down on costs immensely. But, with pupation into adult flies and whatnot, I have no idea what that entails to maintain. I would love to hear from people who have done it (or tried).
