Bogie IS LOST OUTSIDE!

Well that was one nasty storm. :shock: That tornado touched down in Nashville, an hours drive from us. I am thankful for that. Bogie is still missing, kittens decided to wait. Poor little cat looks like she is going to pop. She has to have them soon.

We pruned that bush way back and he isn't in it anywhere. Of course he can hide so well. Once the water goes down a bit I'm back under the house for another look. It is only 48 today. If he didn'y come out at 70 I know he won't move today. I plan to move the light and add a rice sock while I'm under there. He blends in so well I may have been right by him and not seen him.

I have caught a virus of some sort. Gotta rest again. Get some soup in me and maybe I'll feel more like searching. Thanks for caring. I am trying not to panic. Your support helps.

I'm so sorry to hear that. Please try not to panic...I know it's easy for me to say, but I swear, the more I panic while trying to look for things..the longer it takes me to find them. Just take a small break. Grab some soup and some medicine..take a little nap..who knows..it might be just what you need to go at looking for him again with a fresh new perspective, that you may think of new hiding places you've never thought of before.

awww I was hoping to hear a happy story this morning. Just keep up hope! Reading some of these stories where people have found their beardies 2-3months later ok is amazing and should provide some hope to you also!

We're all praying that he's close by and asleep. Moving the lamp & rice sock and cricket keeper closer to the house would probably help, too. You're in our thoughts and prayers and I agree, you need soup, meds & rest. Good luck Sandy and Katherine, I'm hoping he'll pop up his head as if "What's all the fuss about, I've been right here all along". Keep us posted as much as you can. Sweetie, Lonzo, Issy, Rubio, Angel, Serena and Rocco all say he will be in their beardie prayers, too.

Don't panic - he will turn up. They always do. Do you remember a few weeks ago, a member posted about their beardie that had been lost for three months and turned up safe and sound? So don't worry - it's only been a couple of days, and he'll show up when he's ready.

so i have been following your story in hopes that you find him-alive- and i was wondering if you ever did go back into the house and search the whole thing? maybe it would be a good idea to do the same thing your doing outside, inside. with the lamp and rock and maybe crickets. keep us posted. i dont think i could wait three months for my beardie to reappear. i would have lost my mind by then. :mrgreen:

He is still missing. He is to cold to move now I'm sure, and I'm too sick to crawl under the porch again today. By Sunday we should be warm again and I stand a better chance of finding him.
Yes we have been looking inside too. I have the heat up to encourage him to come out. I pray he ran inside. It would be so much better. I gotta lay back down. Aaarrrrg! I hate being sick, and I have to coach Katherine's soccer in the morning.
Still no kittens, but soon on those, very soon.
